The WS gets raped as punishment for letting Natasha live on that mission mentioned in CA:TWS

I'd also love for there to be an aftermath part where in light of something (therapy, a drunk night out, a trigger) he ends up telling Nat and this cracks her tough exterior more than either of them expected. I like the two romantically, but it's not a necessity.
Bonus points:
- Bucky begs for them not to, because it's a technicality, but no such luck.
- He's left to wonder a while if he will/will not get raped.
- He gets punished more because of the begging.
- It's a gang rape and it's genuinely brutal/painful.
- He's quite tight because it's been a while since he was raped/punished before.
-There's an aftermath scene with him literally crying on Nat's shoulder in some context.
