(Anonymous) 2015-11-29 01:41 am (UTC)(link)Yeah it takes Bucky a while, but Steve really *has* been a good handler -- making ample use of the "caretaker" tier of the box and never using the "punishment" one. And once Bucky manages to stop living in fear of unpredictable handler whims, he's been feeling braver about *wanting* things. After all, this whole thing started with Bucky *wanting* Steve to be his handler.
