Touch starved Bucky with a praise kink is one of my favorite trash flavors. Imagine WS!Bucky coming off a perfect mission, all excited because he did so well, that means they'll touch him again. Imagine Bucky getting grumpy when they don't touch him immediately, trying to hide it and then shyly asking if he's going to get his reward.
