Young Bucky being made to look at photos of what they used to do with the asset. Young Bucky seeing all the chair and trash infrastructure, maybe finding himself suddenly in the middle of an operating theater or in the chair when the change happens, and then getting dragged through the whole base back to the Asset's holding cell, dumped in there alone while Hydra figures out what the fuck happened to him and what to do with him, all while baby Bucky is freaking out about the implications of what he saw and how they usually treat his other self, being left alone to think about all the horribleness, and then it turns out that he was too innocent to really fathom the true depths of trash. Bucky being freaked out and scared before they even lay a hand on him, only to find out there's so much worse than he could have imagined.
