Not Ballet

You all know the fics where ballet is used as a training mechanism for Bucy/Widows/whatever, and Nat was brainwashed into believing that she was an actual ballerina in the comics. Well, in keeping with its German roots, imagine it being German folk dancing instead of ballet.
Stay with me here. German folk dance can be hard as hell though less likely to screw up someone's feet than ballet. You can tell if someone's a ballerina by their feel; unless they're walking around in a goddamn dundel or lederhosen, it's difficult to tell if someone does German folk dance. Also, the girl can dislocate the guy's elbow or break his fingers by "accident" if she tries hard enough.
