a poor memory for faces

That's cool and all, but what I'm really interested in is the aftermath. Like Bucky, whose memories are in pieces, and who doesn't remember his rapist, but who harbors an inexplicable fear of Steve that wars with his longing to be at his side.
This is as far as my idea goes and I leave the rest to the meme. Bucky could approach Sam or Nat, who puts the facts together. Or he could go to Steve, and eventually, when he starts opening up about his memories, there's this one terrible rape he describes... the memory is all on fragments and he just can't remember the rapist's face...
