I'm a simple anon and my trash needs are also simple - all i want is for WS to end up on a dinner table - both literally and metaphorically - while he is still conscious and very much alive. The exact circumstances don't really matter - either it's some kind of covert operation that had gone terribly wrong, or some bad guys catch him after the fail of the project Insight and decide to take revenge, or even "Hydra wins and doesn't need WS anymore" - anything is great as long as helpless WS is forced to feel knives dissecting his body and watch people enjoying his cooked flesh.
+++ if somebody decides to treat him to his own freshly roasted meat.

Although any timeline and all kinds of endings are ok with me, I can't stop thinking of a scenario with rescued Bucky who didn't recover all his memories, but still manages to live more or less happily, and then Steve or someone else takes him to fish market, where he sees squids cut alive. And it triggers those memories. And everything goes straight to hell :)
