Bucky can't reconcile his being a victim with being a killer

Not sure how exactly it would play out, but I was thinking about this idea: post-WS Bucky remembers the abuse (often brutal, painful, degrading and sexual), but he can't acknowledge to himself he's a victim because of the awful things he did, even if coerced.

In the sense that - why would you feel sad if a serial killer was raped or tortured? Most people would cheer that on.

I guess I'm looking for something with a lot of self-loathing and denial, until it actually comes to the point where he can't really function anymore from repressed trauma and breaks down (preferably in the arms of someone kind).

This is everything. Because self-loathing!Bucky would totally think what has been done to him was not only not that bad, but also not enough to compensate for all the terrible things he's done.

Soooo does he deliberately ask for sex that mimics his rapes, or things that trigger him, because he feels like he still needs more punishment?

I think what would be interesting if on some level he knows it's wrong, it sickens him, but it gives him short release - much in the way self-harm does, really.
