Give me Hydra baddies doing dirtybadwrong things to a Steve who is not just a virgin, he's barely aware that anal is a thing and it never occurred to him that men could be on the receiving end too. And getting it up the ass feels wrong, and dirty, and unnatural in the sense of "oh god that's not supposed to GO THERE/that wasn't designed to stretch that way/my entire body is freaking out and rejecting this so hard I'm going to be sick." Meanwhile the bad guys are spewing all this dirty talk about taking the filthiest part of his body and repurposing it into a hole to fuck, how they're doing him a favor opening up his tight little cunt, etc--all about remaking Captain America's body so it exists for their pleasure.

And alllll the shame and confusion. Maybe Steve doesn't even have a word for what they're doing to him, because it's obviously a sick parody of raping a woman, but he's not a woman no matter what crap they're spouting in his ear.

My garbage kingdom to you if you add in some creepy eugenics talk a la that amazing Red Skull/skinny Steve fill. Man taking over for evolution in reshaping mankind. Steve as a "failed übermensch" hobbled by his identification with the weak. Making him a sterile dumping ground for their seed until they've found partners fit to reproduce with. So many gross, creepy possibilities.

Steve is so busy going NOPE that he doesn't think at all about where this is going, so the first man coming inside him is a horrible shock. Like, mental blue-screen-of-death from pure disgust and humiliation.
