Bucky's small dick

Bucky has a small/smaller than average dick. He knows how to use it, and it doesn't stop him from being pretty popular with the ladies/fellas/Steve, but he's still self conscious about it. Maybe he's been teased about it before and/or it's just some internalized "how can I call myself a MAN with this thing" angst (so fragile masculinity Bucky I guess?). Then he gets captured by Hydra. First time, second time, or both times, they figure out pretty early on that it's a really good way to get to him and proceed to mock and humiliate him for his tiny dick. And whatever other trash party activities the author may want to include.
