I'm not really sure whether this prompt is HYDRA Trash Party material? I mean, there's no actual trash as such, just an uncommon fetish?

However, that said, I absolutely want to read the story. I don't know why, but I actually think I'd like it, crack and all.

(OP) Maybe eventually Rumlow decides the doll isn't enough and decides to go for the real thing. He drugs Steve so he's paralyzed and unable to move, and Rumlow bends and moves Steve's limbs around and positions his body like the action figure and fucking him like a lovedoll or mannequin, talking to Steve the entire time in the exact same way he did to the action figure.
