and then, once they've sorted that out, it's so ironic because Steve has to top in bed so that Bucky DOESN'T feel taken advantage of.

later on, Steve and Bucky are on a mission together and Steve gets hurt bad, like, needs to be in the ER right this second kind of bad, and they're miles from anything so Bucky has to get it up and come in Steve's mouth to save his life, despite the way the wounds make him sick to his stomach.

Different anon, but what if, for maximum trash purposes, after Steve falls from the hellicarrier, he's REALLY hurt, and a still-confused not-quite-Bucky feels compelled to save him by jerking off into a barely-conscious Steve's mouth. Steve wakes up in the hospital later with Bucky's taste in his mouth and confused by his flashes of memory, if he's mixing up his old memories with the present or all of that oxygen deprivation has messed with his mind.

Oh god yes, since Sam is a pararescuer and Natasha has already known about it before, maybe they're both really pragmatic about it, whatever works. And Bucky has done this so many times he knows how many doses are needed, if you know what I mean, for certain types of injuries. If it's a severe injury Bucky has to feed them his come more often in a shorter span of time, so there is a bit more performance anxiety because THEY'LL DIE otherwise. AND Steve is there so maybe he has to give Bucky a helping hand. Maybe they are stranded somewhere for several hours or days and Bucky keeps having to give them more until help arrives.
