No, it was a fairly long time ago. She just explained that it's a fetish, some people have sex with them and there's a term for it, and that the lowest stoma is the one that would serve its intended purpose and the other ones would be for sex. I think that was about it.

'Stoma' is Greek for 'mouth'.

Stoma/-ostomy (the corresponding suffix) is the correct term.
