(Author!anon here) Okay, okay, okay, this is just fan-fucking-tastic. Let me count the ways:

* that Hydra uniform. the soldier is fully clothed and Bucky is naked and injured. yus.
* relatedly, the contrast of all that messy come on the pristine uniform.
* gripping Bucky's ass. I mean, it's a nice ass, who wouldn't want to. But there's just something so possessive about that, I love it.
* the soldier's expression. like, he's just taking all the pleasure in the world in this, which is only just and right, because Bucky is working pretty hard to get him off
* Bucky's hair is growing out, because he's been doing this a while. He doesn't exactly know how long, but to be honest, he'd rather not know.
* the white tiles. the place is just so sterile and featureless, like a terrible dream.
* Bucky pliant like a doll. Like, he's doing what he needs to, but look at his posture. He's looking past the guy's shoulder, just waiting for this to be over. Uuuughhhh
