OP here - I'm not into poop sexually, which is why I didn't mention it in prompt.

The way I imagined it (yay for overthinking) is that the poop passes okay as long as he gets fucked frequently enough, but well, the poop would not be hard enough, like a dick or dildo, to keep him open.

Basically regular penetration would keep his ass "normal", so he wouldn't leak. The problem is more the opposite, it's that digested food wouldn't be able to come out if he closes up, which is why that can't happen, or he'll need surgery.

If anything I was thinking in the other direction, that maybe Hydra kept him on a liquid diet so stuff could still pass if he closes up too much during a longer mission of whatever. But mostly they just made sure to rape him on schedule. Maybe they even kept a little calendar? I mean, that would be sort of fucked up in an interesting way, "Winter Soldier requires a dicking at Sunday 4 pm at the latest".

I think enema's can be sort of hot, if it's more about the act of doing it (and less mention of poop), so I could be into some sort of regimen when Hydra solves this with liquid diet & daily enema's and rapes, up to the point they even do it more than necessary, for the sake of obedience and humiliation.

Yeah I totally didn't dwell on this or anything.
