Okay, kids, you know the drill. Don't be a jerk except to fictional characters. Warn if you want, but read at your own risk, because hydratrashmeme is about as far from a safe space as you can get. Garbage we like: noncon, whump, aftermath, violence, mind control, inappropriate uses of Bucky Barnes' metal arm, bad guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves. Garbage you should find a different trashcan for: a/b/o, D/s-verse, soulbonds, mundane AUs, OOC evil!good guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves, rotting leftovers dressed up as a romantic gourmet meal. Nothing wrong with 'em, but this isn't the crowd you should be pitching to if you're trying to sell Brock Rumlow as anything but a human dumpster fire.

Bucky wasn't the only one hydra ever took, and one of the greatest weapons of psychological warfare is rape.
Bucky is a soldier who does what he's told, or else. Maybe the only reprieve from his own abuse(dealers choice on kind) is when he's hurting people for them and he does it to avoid the abuse if only for a while.
So maybe... something alike to "the five times Bucky followed orders, and the one time he couldn't (and was brutally punished by hydra for it)". What he wouldn't do to them, they did to him.

Could be told through Steve finding videos and files while trying to help Bucky recover from his own abuse.

Bonus if Natasha, Dottie, Peggy, and/or Jack Thompson are amongst those he was used against at any time.
Especially if Peggy is the one he 'couldn't hurt', and Bucky breaks through at the thought of hurting Steve's best girl(even if he was jealous back then) abd it's Bucky, not the winter soldier, who is brutally punished for it.

I have so! many! feelings! about Bucky as the perpetrator (as well as, of course, the victim) of atrocity. Which is to say, YES PLEASE. :)
