Nothing wrong with 'em, but this isn't the crowd you should be pitching to if you're trying to sell Brock Rumlow as anything but a human dumpster fire.

While he was the Winter Soldier, Bucky was told some messed up lies about what could happen if any of the men raping him ejaculated inside. When he is reunited with, and dating Steve, he is always so insistent that Steve wears a condom or pulls out. Steve believes Bucky must doesn't like the feeling of semen in him. That is, until he accidentally pops off into a freaking out Bucky.

The lies Hydra told him can range anywhere from false pregnancy such as "we modified you to breed, so don't let them come in your sloppy cunt and put you out of commission" to that it'll make him violently ill to the point of death. Hydra does this for either funsies or trying steer the Winter Soldier away from past sexual urges.

+Steve has been trying to get Bucky to let him come inside and Bucky is too scared or ashamed to tell Steve why he won't let him. Followed by a guilty Steve once the act happens.
