The reason WS doesn't have any body hair is because he was castrated. (It leads to longer life span, less body hair, hot flashes, and decreased sex drive. However, the voice doesn't change if it's done post-puberty, and the penis can still get hard -- just no ejaculate.)

Anyways, what I'm interested in is how it affects his identity, and his treatment by HYDRA and by others post-TWS.

Some potential ideas:
- HYDRA women particularly like to use his cock
- HYDRA men don't need to do the fragile masculinity thing because Bucky's not a guy and therefore it's not gay.
- Bucky truly thinks of himself as "it" and not-male
- That's how the Avengers find out about it post-TWS: Bucky being like "you're using the incorrect pronoun" and then dropping his pants to show.
- Eventually Bucky still manages to have healthy relationships (whether with Steve, Sam, Tony, or Nat, I don't really care.) Also don't care whether the relationships involve sex or not.
