See, there was a time when the Winter Soldier was NOT so suitable for trash parties. This was probably when the Soldier was still mostly Bucky, and he knew nothing of pleasing his handlers. Of course, this is unacceptable, and the boy needs to be broken in.

I was thinking along the lines off

-him still having a strong gag reflex that will need to be trained out by repeated use
- he's actually very bad at sucking cock, he needs to be trained
- he receives douches or enema's , and is later maybe taught to do this himself to always he ready for use (I'm more into the ready for use aspect here, not scat)
-his ass being very tight and not able to take much, so this needs to be trained by regular rape. Making him cry because his ass can't take it anymore is considered training progress.
- him being unaware what his prostate does, but no worry, they'll train him by giving him forced anal orgasms.
- etc.

Basically, in the beginning he's a shitty lay for his handlers, by the end he's a well-trained, obedient sex slave.

Bonus points if there's still part of Bucky in there, but it's fading, but maybe there's horrible "oh no what would Steve think of me now" moments.

Extra bonus points if at least one handler enjoys being more cruel than needs be. Also maybe a scene where this handier is teaching a new recruit how to "rape the Asset right", i.e. making it deliberately more unpleasant for him.

Super bonus points if Bucky always hates it, and keeps hating it, even at the point he's allowed to orgasm or when he gets good at it. At the end he's an obedient fuckdoll, but still hates every bit.
