Nothing wrong with 'em, but this isn't the crowd you should be pitching to if you're trying to sell Brock Rumlow as anything but a human dumpster fire.

They cut Steve's guts open and play around with them while fucking him. They even go so far as to find where their dick is and touch it while it's inside Steve.

Unsatisfied with stopping there, they rearrange Steve's guts so they just become a bag for storing their semen. Every load they put in his ass adds to the huge collection in his bloated belly.

They give him a new hole on his side that waste can come out of, though some people like using that one for fucking too.

Things escalate from there with them coming up with new ways to to make Steve more fuckable.

Alive, that's why it's vivisection not dissection. Let's say the serum made him strong enough to survive/recover from this kind of abuse.
