What if Brock Rumlow discovers the existence of the Clone-A-Willy Kit and decides to send a perfect replica (complete with built-in vibrator) of the Winter Soldier's penis to Captain America?

There are a number of interesting possibilities here on the parts of both Rumlow and Steve:
1. Rumlow doesn't know the Winter Soldier is Bucky Barnes; he just thinks this will be a funny prank to pull on the supposedly prudish Captain.
2. Rumlow does know the Winter Soldier is Bucky Barnes, and he's gleefully pulling one over on the Captain.
3. Steve has never seen Bucky's penis up close (though he certainly wanted to), so he is puzzled by the anonymous gift, but uses it while fantasizing about Bucky.
4. Steve is intimately familiar with Bucky's penis and recognizes it immediately, even as a disembodied silicone replica.
