Garbage you should find a different trashcan for: a/b/o, D/s-verse, soulbonds, mundane AUs, OOC evil!good guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves, rotting leftovers dressed up as a romantic gourmet meal. Nothing wrong with 'em, but this isn't the crowd you should be pitching to if you're trying to sell Brock Rumlow as anything but a human dumpster fire.

I'd like to see some really intense body modification. Like Hydra has no use for Bucky/Steve/Sam/whoever so they just go to town on them, modifying them in crazy ways for the heck of it.
Maybe they give them self-lubricating assholes to make them easier to fuck, maybe they mess with their vocal cords so they can only bark or talk in a feminine voice, maybe they castrate them and dock their dicks, or maybe they try to give them gills. It could even be something like fusing their bones together so they become the perfect piece of furniture.
I'd prefer to see some coherent purpose to the transformation rather than just a mishmash of things, but honestly I pretty happy to get anything.
Plenty of horrified introspection and "and I must scream" moments wouldn't go amiss either.

How do you feel about HYDRA cutting out Bucky's tongue and severing his vocal cords for faster and less noisy throat-fucking? Or maybe opening up a hole right over his throat so they have direct, easy access?

The first one is fine, the second one doesn't really work for me. If they're making new holes to fuck, I'd prefer it to be on the abdomen.
