Garbage we like: noncon, whump, aftermath, violence, mind control, inappropriate uses of Bucky Barnes' metal arm, bad guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves. Garbage you should find a different trashcan for: a/b/o, D/s-verse, soulbonds, mundane AUs, OOC evil!good guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves, rotting leftovers dressed up as a romantic gourmet meal. Nothing wrong with 'em, but this isn't the crowd you should be pitching to if you're trying to sell Brock Rumlow as anything but a human dumpster fire.

AA here,

There actually isn't any taser in the collar. It's just that when the Asset has worn a collar before it has always had a taser function.
Like, in the Asset's mind a collar always has a taser function because that is just how collars work, at least when in regards to the Asset.

It knows collars for dogs don't usually have a taser function, but a collar for the Asset always does. That simple.

Steve would NEVER EVER IN A MILLION TRILLION YEARS put a chock collar on Bucky or the Asset.

He doesn't know that the Asset believes that his collar has hidden elecrodes. It just never came up in a conversation because the Asset would never ask, it just assumed the collar is electric, and Steve would never guess it could have been a possibility.

The Asset wouldn't tell you, but it is very proud over the fact that Handler Rogers has never tasered it with the collar. At least it hasn't ever been that bad.
Handler Rogers's collar is the best collar.

SA, I didn't think he would but I thought maybe it had components, just nonfunctional so it can't ever be used to shock. I don't know if that's better or worse, it all being in the Asset's head.
