So, not sure on the timeline, but taking into account Agent Carter and other timelines...there is some time between Bucky falling off that train and Zola experimenting on him. Presumably, in between, he's kept as a POW, waiting for Zola's return.

I'm guessing if we're assuming 2-person teams and 8-hours shifts, there's at least 6 of those soldiers guarding Bucky for well, months - even a year or more.

They might not do anything at first...but man, it's boring just guarding that lone prisoner. They might miss their wives/girlfriends - they're so far from everything, not even a prostitute is a regular option. And that American boy's got pretty blue eyes and cock sucking lips, and he's one arm short of really being able to defend himself...

Maybe it starts out as a joke, or maybe they premeditate it - like denying him food and weakening him.

Either way, a one-armed, malnourished Bucky can't put up much of a fight...I mean, he tries, and he snarks...but in the end he can't stop them when they put their minds to it.

Bonus points if Bucky is an anal virgin the first time he's raped. Also the circumstances aren't really comfy, so I'm voting spit-as-lube.

I'd like it to become a sort of "routine" where basically whenever their shift begins or ends, he's held down and fucked. Up to you if he keeps struggling or not. The soldiers don't really care, might even enjoy a bit of a struggle.

When Zola returns, he's appalled at first, but then when he sees Bucky has been "broken in" successfully for months, he's pleased.

He even eventually recommends regular anal penetration in the WS's file to make him more pliant, resulting in many decades of trash to follow.
