Garbage you should find a different trashcan for: a/b/o, D/s-verse, soulbonds, mundane AUs, OOC evil!good guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves, rotting leftovers dressed up as a romantic gourmet meal. Nothing wrong with 'em, but this isn't the crowd you should be pitching to if you're trying to sell Brock Rumlow as anything but a human dumpster fire.

This is half prompt, half meta. Bucky's armor and clothes and whole general look... there's so much to unpack. Maybe Hydra used their data collection not just to sniff out enemies but how best to scare them as well. The long hair, the mask, the kohl smudge around his eyes, the kinky leather is all for maximum scare effect. But it's also to control Bucky; the mask could act as a gag, maybe his cup doubles as a chastity belt, or his kevlar could kill him if he runs away (think that exploding vest from Agent Carter).

Basically, give me some trash centered around The Winter Soldier Aesthetic(tm).
