Okay, kids, you know the drill. Don't be a jerk except to fictional characters. Warn if you want, but read at your own risk, because hydratrashmeme is about as far from a safe space as you can get. Garbage we like: noncon, whump, aftermath, violence, mind control, inappropriate uses of Bucky Barnes' metal arm, bad guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves. Garbage you should find a different trashcan for: a/b/o, D/s-verse, soulbonds, mundane AUs, OOC evil!good guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves, rotting leftovers dressed up as a romantic gourmet meal. Nothing wrong with 'em, but this isn't the crowd you should be pitching to if you're trying to sell Brock Rumlow as anything but a human dumpster fire.

The Asset messes up BAD and everyone's beyond pissed at him. Say he refused an order that fucked up a mission, or went AWOL, or ruined a trash party by fighting back. Gang rape is common for both reward and punishment but this time it's beyond the pale. They rape him so violently (and probably also beat him, electrocute him, etc.) that he literally dies...only briefly, because they revive him. He spends the rest of that activation period terrified and highly obedient.

Bonus round, if you want to bring it into the recovery stage: Bucky is sex-repulsed but tries not to let on because he wants so badly to move on with his life. Unfortunately flashbacks don't ask for permission and don't care which role he's taking (i.e., no, "just stick to topping" isn't a viable solution). An optimistic ending for him & his partner--preferably Steve--would be great, but don't make it easy on him. ;)

Man, anon, this is so brutal...and I am totally here for it! What sort of thing were you thinking actually kills him? Something slower like blood loss, or shock, or something more sudden like a stun baton used too long, or they’re waterboarding him intermittently during the trash party and someone forgets to keep track of his breathing and he drowns briefly?

OP: It would probably be a combination of things, like blood loss, electrocution, & shock to weaken him, then restricting his breathing while multiple men come in his throat at once (no doubt wearing a spider gag or similar to hold his mouth open).

Maybe like someone pinches his nose shut & holds while they're coming to try to force him to swallow and they accidentally drown him when he aspirates a couple loads of semen at once & can't cough it back up, for example.
