So I read a prompt about Steve being the ultimate human male specimen, and thus very fertile, and it makes so much sense. His body is absolutely primed for reproduction. So not only is he probably horny all the time, I bet it altered his desires a little as well and now all he can think about is impregnating a woman.

He probably jerks off to the thought of filling up a woman, having her carry his offspring, protecting her like an alpha male should. Basically he's back to his primal instincts. Maybe he's sleeping with someone and they find out what he fantasised about somehow? Or they roleplay? Or maybe he actually attempts to get someone pregnant (consensually, or not - maybe he's subconsciously thinking at the back of his head "just a little harder and the condom would break and then my seed would be inside her" but not realising at all that that's what he's doing cause Steve would never do that on purpose. It's instinctive for him now.
