Garbage you should find a different trashcan for: a/b/o, D/s-verse, soulbonds, mundane AUs, OOC evil!good guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves, rotting leftovers dressed up as a romantic gourmet meal. Nothing wrong with 'em, but this isn't the crowd you should be pitching to if you're trying to sell Brock Rumlow as anything but a human dumpster fire.

So I was rewatching Agent Carter, and I'll avoid too many spoilers in case someone hasn't seen it, but there's a character who is hypnotist and who has ties with the Red Room and later possibly Zola. So it gave me an inspiration for some mindfuck trash, as in, Bucky was never really raped, or tortured beyond the experiments necessary to give him the metal arm and test his abilities, because HYDRA didn't want to risk damaging their property. Instead, his handlers had torture trigger words, to make him feel like he was on fire, or being whipped, being cut, etc.
Shuri stumbles into them when resetting Bucky's brain, and it's then that he realizes these memories are not real. I'd like to see Bucky not dealing with this very well, because he thinks he needs to man up, it wasn't real, killing people is what he needs to feel bad about, that was real, while at the same time being Not Okay because for all intents and purposes it was real for him.

Wow, I love Ivchenko stuff and I loved the Shuri prompt the other day--this would be a great combo.
