Okay, kids, you know the drill. Don't be a jerk except to fictional characters. Warn if you want, but read at your own risk, because hydratrashmeme is about as far from a safe space as you can get. Garbage we like: noncon, whump, aftermath, violence, mind control, inappropriate uses of Bucky Barnes' metal arm, bad guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves. Garbage you should find a different trashcan for: a/b/o, D/s-verse, soulbonds, mundane AUs, OOC evil!good guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves, rotting leftovers dressed up as a romantic gourmet meal. Nothing wrong with 'em, but this isn't the crowd you should be pitching to if you're trying to sell Brock Rumlow as anything but a human dumpster fire.

Hi.
First of.
Thank you so much for leaving a comment even after such a long time since the last update!

I hit a bit of a slump of inspiration for this fic a while ago and then some shit happened that I won't go into. But please let me tell you that accidentally tripping over this page again and seeing the increased comment count gave me a small but wonderful heart attack.

I promise I haven't given up. This fic is pretty much my first baby who I will never give up on.

I already have some stuff for the next part written from before "life" happened "the last time". Reading your wonderful comment sparked that writing urge again and I swear I will do my best to fan that spark back into the raging inferno it once was. I am in a much better position to get back now so I believe it is possible.

Just, please, hang on there. I will be back.

DA, I am eagerly hoping for more too! (And posting to AO3 so I can find it again easier/rec it to everybody). I haven’t checked back on the trashmeme for a while and was so happy to see more of this. Wish life goes easier on you from here on out.
