So, you know the prison box they put Bucky in during Civil War? I feel like that thing has great trash potential. Hydra gets sick and tired of the Assert speaking, screaming and whimpering so they just end up removing its voice box to shut it up.
Maybe they removed his tongue too by nailing it to a table or something and slowly cutting it off while the assert has to sit there and let them do it or it's squirming and trying to stop them for doing it.

+ If Steve feels horrible for not trying to save Bucky sooner when he realises that he's basically a mute now.

++ While they're cutting out the tongue, they're fucking the Assert so the cut is jagged and not straight to make it harder to heal.

Steve and Rumlow absolutely had a friends-with-benefits thing going on. Steve tried to convince himself he wasn't going to catch feelings. But Rumlow definitely called Steve 'big guy' as a term of endearment, maybe when Rumlow was slowly taking Steve apart, slipping his shirt from his broad shoulders, when Steve would gasp and bury his hands in Rumlow's hair. When Steve would have a bad day, angry and sullen Rumlow would kiss his cheek and whisper, "it's okay, big guy" and Steve would LAUGH, cause it was such a silly endearment but he kinda loved it.

And then when Rumlow says it in the elevator, putting relationship into a stark ass contrast that he CARED for Rumlow and Rumlow had been using him the whole time, Steve isn't beyond making it a bit personal.

I just want this phrase being used to really get into Steve's head, maybe it's their relationship over the last year or so and Steve is so sick about it he can't even think about sleeping with another guy. Maybe Rumlow and Steve are stuck together somehow and Rumlow wheedles into his head, tells him how much the Hydra goons loved hearing about how to make Captain America beg. Just Rumlow fucking with Steve's sense of being in a relationship and caring for him.

So, over in the HTP discord we came up with a fun new take on an old chestnut: the elevator scene from CA:TWS. Everybody loves the idea of the whole group gangbanging Steve, but what happens if there's sex pollen or something and the REVERSE happens: they dose Steve up, hoping to fuck him, and instead he fucks all 12+ guys in the elevator. Steve's the one that falls from the train to become the Winter Soldier and Bucky takes up mantle as Captain America. But Steve is treated differently by HYDRA; he keeps all his memories, only they torture and brainwash all the good out of him until he's sadistic and really loves playing with his victims and his targets.

Cut to Steve pinning Bucky down, reminiscing on their childish, saccharine life together before the war while he forces Bucky to suck his cock and fucks him into the ground. Meanwhile Bucky is trying desperately to break through the programming and get him to remember who he was, but Steve really doesn't care and just wants to fill his warm holes.

+Extra bonus if it works and Steve has a breakdown afterwards and can't bring himself to touch Bucky at all.

One day, Bucky takes the bait and lets Hydra make him the Winter Soldier willingly but at least he has his best friend... Right?

Pierce finds it distasteful to get his hands dirty. Hydra has Captain America chained up in a cell? Pierce is going to make sure he gets tortured and humiliated, but he's going to do it from the other side of the bars. Rumlow is the henchman with the creepiest enthusiasm for dirty work, so Pierce sends him in to rough Steve up, and stands by to give very specific directions on what he should do next.

Rumlow's just taking orders--no hard feelings, right, Cap? Nothing personal. He even grudgingly respects Steve after they worked together. But he also likes being Pierce's attack dog, following orders that other people won't. Especially the degrading rapey kind. He's not into guys, but he's got no problem getting it up right now--it's sadism that gets him hard enough to pound nails.

At first Steve is snarling all sorts of defiant shit at Rumlow, but once he realizes what's going on, he starts talking past Rumlow, aiming his defiance directly at Pierce. Why acknowledge the inanimate sex toy being used as a torture implement, when the real perpetrator is standing right across the room?

tl;dr: Pierce using Rumlow to rape Steve by proxy. Pierce standing to the side giving detailed directions, Rumlow enjoying himself but leaving all the control and initiative to Pierce.

After the events of EG, Bucky is dealing (or not dealing, up to the filler), when a remnant of HYDRA finds him. They *somehow* know what transpired with Steve, and they aren't going to pass up the chance to taunt Bucky with that juicy bit of emotional vulnerability while they violate him. Resolve, or not, however the filler likes.

Because sometimes reverse trash is fun.

The Winter Soldier likes to grab the newest STRIKE member during mission briefings/transit/whatever, haul the unfortunate rookie onto his lap, and then molest the hell out of them while the rest of the team awkwardly pretends not to notice.

Maybe this is something Pierce told the Soldier to do to keep the STRIKE team appropriately afraid and respectful of HYDRA's control over them, maybe it's secretly Rumlow's idea and he's getting off on it while pretending to be sympathetic and helpless to prevent it, or maybe the Winter Soldier's just sexually frustrated and knows there's not a damn thing anyone can do to stop him. Whatever the case, the rookie's ass suffers.

*It's not a one-off thing; the rookie is the asset's plaything indefinitely unless somebody else comes along.

How about a variation on Bucky's broken dick where he's only comfortable having sex with Steve when he's the one calling the shots? He and Steve need to keep their cover and prevent the cell from suspecting anything if they want to get out alive with the intel they need, so they go along with it. They're both on the same page there, but it's still awful.

Not sure this is allowed here, but I just wanted to let you all know I made a hydra trash party group chat on tumblr. Maybe it could be an alternative to the trash discord server. ;)

SHIELD/Avengers desperately need info about Hydra to fully dismantle it. They have Rumlow and Rollins, but neither are feeling talkative. Pain won't work on these two, but Rollins' weakness has always been Rumlow.

Enter Natasha with a revolver and a couple of bullets, and cue a terrible game of Russian Roulette. Rumlow has a 1/6 chance of dying every time she spins the cylinder and pulls the trigger. But what if she loads a second bullet into an adjacent chamber? If Rumlow survives the first shot, are his odds of surviving the second better if Rollins tells her to spin it again, or not? If they're in random chambers, what effect does that have on the odds?

Rollins is loyal to Hydra--fanatically loyal. But he's in love with his CO. He's gambling with Rumlow's life with every choice he makes, and the maths gets harder and harder. How far is he willing to go?

While checking out Hydra bases, they stumble on a booby-trap. Steve gets hit with some kind of experimental substance that's designed to work on super-soldiers which sends his whole system into overload unless he can get off repeatedly. He tries to resist the effects for as long as he can, but he's losing lucidity and self-control and Natasha figures out what's going on and jumps on that metaphorical grenade, ie, Steve's dick.

Basically, I just want filthy dirty sex pollen fic where Steve is totally out of his head and Natasha is ruthlessly practical about doing what has to be done to save her friend. Lots of wall-slamming rough sex and size kink ensue.

Bucky's come in from the cold, and Steve has no real way to relate to the immense trauma that Bucky's experienced, knows that he can't really comprehend it. But he thinks he might have a very small window into how Bucky might be feeling, the violation and the self-doubt, because he was sexually abused pre-serum (and pre-Lehigh), so he's unintentionally looking at the situation through that lens and it heavily informs how he is with Bucky, what he thinks Bucky might be feeling even though he knows he doesn't really understand the depth of it. (So basically he's thinking "everything I felt afterward only multiplied by seventy years of torture".) Bucky either doesn't remember what happened to Steve or Steve never told him. Bucky's not wild about how Steve's clearly treating him differently, like he thinks he's a victim or something. Steve just can't get over how much of a violation Bucky's imprisonment was, and all the small violations and ways they stripped him of his autonomy, and it triggers his own issues so he overdoes it trying to be sensitive to Bucky's needs and help him heal. He also suspects that Bucky was raped, too, and just doesn't want to talk about it. He's not pushy about it, he's just ... always kind of careful, and it's starting to drive Bucky crazy. They end up having a heart to heart about each others' trash.

TL;DR Steve was raped way, way pre-serum and it colors his relationship with Bucky post-Winter Soldier because Steve's noticed that the whole thing is one giant rape metaphor. Bucky's not wild about it but doesn't know why Steve's treating him differently. They work it out.

Bucky really likes having long hair. Although it's something HYDRA gave him, he made it his own thing, he thinks he looks handsome, combing it feels soothing, etc.

Post Engame he's found by remaining HYDRA agents (Rollins, maybe? Or I'm not opposed to ignoring Rumlow's death, or just using someone else entirely) and they give him the trash treatment, except, they notice his hair looks well taken care of, plus the fact he hasn't cut it short, and make fun of him for it. Pull it, and say he likes being fucked so much he wants to look like a girl, the smell of shampoo and things like that.

Up to author whether they cut it off in the end or he does it out of shame after he escapes.

The Asset is hurt badly on a mission. He can't heal while in cryo, so the Asset receives a body cast and personal caretaker(s) in the form of the agent(s) responsible for this fuck-up.

It's a lousy job, suddenly going from being a decently respected HYDRA agent to wiping the Asset's ass, but there are some perks, namely that while the Asset is wrapped in plaster from feet to chest, unable to move, with his legs forcibly spread wide, they have to leave a hole for bodily functions.

Any decent HYDRA agent (or creative dumpster diver) can come up with a few more functions for a helpless, fully immobile Asset with perpetually exposed ass and genitals.

+Asset is not given painkillers and feels everything and too much of it, especially when the fucking gets violent to aggravate his injuries
++Asset is using diapers since he can't use the restroom in this state. Since it's the only time he's covered and not being raped, he starts finding it comforting
