So Bucky's got a thing for beautiful men. When he gets his memories wiped, he might not remember it but the fact still stands. Meaning that hot comrade in the showers? Might get things stirring. Maybe he enjoys watching them spar, because training, but also... it's a mighty fine sight. Unfortunately, Hydra in the 40s (or maybe even STRIKE right now, writer's choice) is not a good place to be gay. And there's not much room for privacy either, so they find out. Cue a lot of fragile masculinity on the HYDRA goons' parts, brutal punishments and rapes that he "asked for" for Bucky.

I love this prompt, and while I love brain mush WS blindly following orders, person!WS is also great and fits with what we've seen in the film (I have a headcanon that he has been both over the years depending on what they want him for/how well they've adjusted the Chair). And I love gay!Bucky, so this is my dream prompt.
