Pre-war Steve and Bucky are in a relationship. Not full on BDSM, but Steve enjoys being manhandled and taken care of, he loves being fucked, and he loves that Bucky is bigger and stronger than him but uses all that power to make him feel good.

Right after a long, stressful mission through a muddy, humid, awful jungle, while everyone is still sweaty and bloody and dirty, with the bodies of the targets still cooling on the ground, Bucky's handlers decide they need to destress before they get picked up by a team to take them home. It'll probably be at least a few hours before they can be extracted, and until then they have nothing else to do. They rape Bucky right there in the dirt, taking turns to fuck him. On his knees, with his fingers scrabbling for purchase in wet mud, on his back with their sweat and bloody scrapes dripping onto the fogged screen of his goggles and clogging his facemask, maybe even up against a tree, clinging to rough bark that scrapes against his bare skin while he's getting fucked raw from behind.

Just make it dirty and filthy and as horrible as possible for Bucky, who's just trying to grit his teeth and get through this surprise "extra mission requirement." Peeing on him is acceptable and mild gore is fine, but I'd prefer any fillers to avoid scat.

Steve and Natasha end up in the Zola data bunker, where the Winter Soldier is waiting for them. If and how much this changes the events of Cap 2 is up to the author!

SPOILERS for Infinity War, but it seems to me the rules of the MCU are shaky enough to allow "vaporized by witch-diverted explosion" as a death that booted Rumlow to the Land of the Dusted, where maybe he gets raped by roving Dust Demons, or maybe he lies in wait for old pals like Bucky, Sam, and Wanda, or hey, maybe both!

So the serum gives Steve pretty thick skin, he can't be bruised easily, his bones don't break when a normal person's would, etc. Conveniently, he also doesn't feel pain as readily as the next guy. It takes a lot to get through to him now.
Unfortunately, the same goes for pleasure. A little bit of licking, a little bit of rubbing? Barely registers. Even what in porn would be called rough is far from enough to tip him over. Another variant on the "captured and forced to watch" trope. A character who still has a bit of a hero complex about Steve Rogers has to witness him being raped and degraded by their captors, and both of them have to deal with it afterwards. Can be one of the new Avengers recruits like Wanda or Scott Lang, Sharon Carter, an AoS character, a SHIELD agent OC, or even a random civilian. (Sam or Tony would also be an option, but the dynamic isn't quite the same--Sam relates to Steve primarily as a bro and a fellow soldier, and whatever hero complex Tony still has about Steve is full of sibling rivalry daddy issues.)

+ Both of them expecting threats of torture/death/mutilation, neither of them expecting rape, at least not with Steve as the target.

+ They stage a daring escape, with Cap unquestionably the one in command, but he's physically injured and/or mentally still in shock and the other character is a little surprised to realize they have to pick up the slack.

Just, like, give me that moment of painful realization that Captain fucking America is human and not invulnerable and could actually use a hand to hold right about now. Coupled with Steve swallowing the hurt and trying his best to hide that exact thing, even though he's just been brutalized in a way he didn't even know was possible, because he hates letting people down and he doesn't want anybody seeing him as weak after what just happened. Just fuck me up, man, just fuck me up.

Bucky spends his downtime in Romania re-learning how his dick works and sadness-wanking over his memories of Steve (and maybe also of a few of the "nicer" Hydra handlers who would stick things in his ass to reward him after missions). By the time Steve breaks into the grotty Bucharest apartment in CW it smells of teenaged boy and the sad mattress and sleeping bag are full of cumstains and maybe the odd beer bottle or farmer's market carrot suspiciously covered with slick. And then one of the HYDRA agents goes to trial. I'm thinking someone on the STRIKE team or a technician, someone who would be able to claim they were just following orders and didn't know these orders came from HYDRA. Except they used to rape Bucky on a regular basis.

So Bucky has a choice on exposing this person but at the same time having his trash past exposed very publicly, or letting the person walk free.

+ The agent is Rumlow, who manages to get some sympathy from the jury due to his burns and injuries.
+Bucky goes through with it and a ton of humiliation follows: the media gets a hold of it, wherever he goes there are people asking him about it, everyone treats him like a victim, which was exactly something he didn't want, people keep wanting to turn him into a motivational story, his relationship with Steve, if you want it to be Stucky, gets questioned, etc.
+Or, Bucky doesn't go through with it and the guy goes free and keeps teasing him about it, about how they can "have fun" again. Bucky turns into a paranoid mess.

Steve gets captured by Hydra mid-TWS and injected with a truth serum that lowers inhibitions for interrogation. It basically makes him babble out whatever he's thinking at the time. (Un)fortunately for him one of the things he's thinking is that being tied up with his clothes half ripped off and surrounded by a bunch of fit jock-type STRIKE agents reminds him of a porno he saw once, and that he kind of has the hots for the creepy metal-armed guy. Cue trash party with epic levels of slut shaming and slurs about Captain America's masculinity.

Bonus points if this is the first time Steve has ever said anything about his sexuality to anyone. Extra bonus points if Steve actually -decides- to continue humiliating himself sexually with more and more deeply buried confessions, so he doesn't let any real tactical information slip.

Basically what it say on the tin. Bucky gets off on being interrogated/coerced/tortured into divulging dirtybadwrong things from his trash past, and Steve is more than happy to oblige.

Some physical violence is great, but I also want emphasis on humiliation/slut-shaming and the psychological side of things: Bucky specifically gets off on being "forced" to reveal shameful secrets and memories - how many dicks he took at a certain trash party or how many times he got off, dirty things his attackers made him do and/or things he kind of enjoyed, fantasies he still has about his attackers, fucked up fantasies he now has about Steve, etc.

Some of these tests involve testing Bucky’s sexual functioning: measuring his dick and balls, testing whether he can reach/maintain erections, doing an invasive anal inspection for signs of homosexuality (since they can’t have a super soldier with that particular aberration), milking his prostate to check that everything’s in working order. Just give me all the trashy medical play with stoic Bucky who’s trying to keep it together even as the tests get more invasive and humiliating, with a Zola who seems alternately pleased and disgusted by how Bucky’s body reacts to his touch.

This means that trash parties are dangerous affairs - and the danger is part of the fun. Instead of an Asset who gets on its knees for anyone and everyone, this Asset is just as liable to snap your neck as it is to suck you off.

This also means that not just anyone gets to fuck it - no showertime gangbangs, no blowjobs for low-ranking tech guys, no post-mission stress relief, etc. There are very specific protocols for when and where and how the Soldier is available - and most of HYDRA is too freaked out to try anything with the murderbot, anyway.

So there is this post on Tumblr (http://fatcr0w.tumblr.com/post/145276026644 the whole discussion is great, if you've got some time to read it) which makes a pretty convincing argument that Sam was the prime candidate for being tortured for information on the Raft.

So let's run with that. Ross is being pressed for results. So he tells the prison guards to get the info out of Sam. At any costs.

I think Ross is enough of a piece of shit that it doesn't fall into evil good guys, but if the mods don't consider him enough of a villain, maybe he just doesn't bother to check how the guards are gonna do it as long as he gets what he wants.

+Sam expected some form of torture but not this, and doesn't really think they will rape him until they do.
