If the head of Hydra decides he’s gonna fuck you, you can’t exactly say no. Rumlow is a good soldier, knows how to follow orders, but it doesn’t mean he’s into whatever kinky shit Pierce puts him through. He’s actually very repulsed by everything that’s happening, not to mention Pierce himself. Unfortunately for Pierce, he’s not young anymore, and during a particularly exciting act, he has a heart attack.

What Rumlow decides to do about it is up to the filler.

As for kinks, I’m ok with everything but sounding and scat.
