So while Bucky doesn't have his cybernetic arm yet, he's pretty defenseless against his prison guards, who of course take turns on his cute ass every night. He makes them feel so good that it's only polite they do something for him in return, right? So they make sure his night always ends with a "orgasm" of his own. Only when they say orgasm, they mean when he's pissing himself from pain.

+++ my entire collection of rotten banana peels if over the years, the Winter Soldier actually thinks that's what an orgasm (for someone like him) is like.
