Garbage you should find a different trashcan for: a/b/o, D/s-verse, soulbonds, mundane AUs, OOC evil!good guys doing dirtybadwrong things to your faves, rotting leftovers dressed up as a romantic gourmet meal. Nothing wrong with 'em, but this isn't the crowd you should be pitching to if you're trying to sell Brock Rumlow as anything but a human dumpster fire.

I am totally here for the Asset getting satisfying, gently fucked by Handler Rogers, but also, I hope, at some point, we get to see Handler Rogers get gently fucked by the Asset as well.

(I a trash for bottom!Steve but I am here for anything you write because this fic is so delightful and please give Steve all the shame-boners.)

Do the other Avengers know that Steve and the Asset have a sexual relationship?

(DA) I'm in the minority that can't stand bottom!Steve so I'll skim over that part if it happens, but I'm 100% looking forward to the Asset getting the nice gentle dicking it craves but feels it doesn't deserve.

As for the rest of the team, that's a lose/lose situation, isn't it? I can't imagine all of them would be perfectly understanding of Steve's position if they knew, even if they tried to hide their disgust; and if they didn't know, I'm sure they'd suspect, which might make Steve both guilt-ridden AND paranoid. *Count Rugen voice* How marvelous.

All I'll say is anything is possible, (I like Steve in any arrangement, but if I write Bottom!Steve in this it will probably be be overshadowed by Gentle-Top!Steve.

Okay, in this fictional trash-verse the Avengers know about everything. I don't think it was pretty at first, but after watching the Asset almost die from order/touch/fuck-deprivation, pale as a ghost, shivering, unable to eat or sleep and crying while begging for cock non-stop, they where kind of accepting. The Asset seemed genuinely happy with Steve as a handler (in a way that was different from the conditioned behavior).

Steve also asked them to keep an eye on him to make sure he didn't 'abuse' his power.

I don't feel like any of this is OOC. like, no, this is exactly what I am here for - gentle!Dom Steve and may-never-recover!Bucky. I was only asking about the Avenger's knowledge to see how guilty Steve would be feeling. Plus, if the Avenger's didn't know about Steve and Bucky's sexual relationship, that would just give Steve a delicious side of panic anytime they were present with Bucky because what if Bucky let it slip that Steve and him were having sex? But, that's not where you are going with this story, which is fine because I love supportive Avengers too, it's great. It's all great. Thank you for gifting us with this fic.

Okay, thank you for being so understanding, and I apologise if I came across as defensive or passive-aggressive, that was not my intention.

I didn't want to write Steve having to juggle the extra drama of rejection/fear of rejection from the Avengers. I felt Steve had enough delicious self inflicted guilt in caring for the Asset.

I didn't intend to do it. I prefer sad Aftermath comfort over actual trash, so I didn't give the backstory to the fic much thought to details. But I am not adverse to writing something out if demand gets high enough.
