My god, I have fully submitted myself to being a piece of trash. Here we go:

I don't have any specific demands, just trashy and disgusting human experimentation done on Bucky while he is being raped, especially taking advantage of his ability to heal. Some ideas:
- Vivisection without anesthesia, to "study" his body, while being fucked with toys
- Removing sections of his muscles and bones that make him more fuckable (i.e. removing parts of his jaw so he can deep throat better) and then putting them back later
- Pumping his body full of diseases/drugs/poisons to see how he reacts, and then using his compliant body
- Starvation
- Long-term sensory deprivation

Basically give me the most disgusting shit possible. Anything goes.

Positive Reinforcement

It's the most powerful tool in behavior modification.

But not, like, normal positive reinforcement, where the boss gives you a raise, or the handler gives you a pat on the head or sneaks you a chocolate bar. That takes time, and it's too limited by context.

Positive reinforcement like periodic zaps from an electrode in the reward center of the brain. Reward the asset for obeying, no matter what is happening to it at the time, without having to give it anything it actually wants.

In time, it will want to obey all on its own, just to feel that zap.

After all of the issues with the programming and re-programming the Winter Soldier, Strucker tries a different method with his twins.

He bribes them both with sex.

Unlike the other handlers, however, he gives the twins their pick of the lot when it comes to partners, and makes very sure that his agents are gentle with the two of them, and that they get to enjoy it.

Wanda and Pietro are probably underage, and haven't so much as masturbated much less had sex before, so the whole concept kinda blows their minds. All they have to do is pick which soldier they think looks the best that day, lay back, and let that soldier pleasure them. It's fantastic!

What they don't realize is that Strucker is getting them addicted, and once they're hooked, they start to crave sex, which HYDRA is more than happy to provide, so long as they keep their asses in line.

As far as fic goes, I am okay with the training process where Strucker is monitoring one or both of the twins getting sexed up for the first time, or the after effects where the Avengers have to deal with the ridiculous libido that the twins have. Or even somewhere in the middle where the Winter Soldier and the twins are lined up for "recreational purposes" and Bucky is super fucking confused about why the two of them are so damn excited to get raped. Whatever tickles your fancy.

Tony and the Hound (pet play)

Just like they programed the winter soldier into Bucky, the programed "the hound", a headspace modeled after a hunting dog. An accident leaves Bucky stuck as the Hound and Tony trying to care for a distrustful and snappish "dog" while he waits for Steve to come.

Leashes and muzzles are okay, but I'd like to see some trust built up between them despite their mutual fear/distaste in the beginning. Also Tony gaining some insight into how Hydra treated Bucky (and perhaps relating to some of it).

So I'm a sucker for infantilized!WS and infantilized!Bucky in general and there are a lot of great fics (such as Lauralots') that have that dynamic. But I want more!

I really want a fic where Bucky was infantilized as the Winter Soldier to control him. I think it would be really interesting / extra evil if he was given a stuffed animal that he only got to hold after the mission was complete. (Maybe he even went back for it after he got away from HYDRA? Maybe Steve stages a teddy-bear-rescue after he saves Bucky, or he gives Bucky a new toy?)

Either way, Bucky works through a lot of his (known) issues and him and Steve enter back into a relationship and Bucky starts working with the avengers but, after every mission, he wants Steve to hold him and rock him and give him his stuffed animal and tell him everything is fine but he's super ashamed that he wants this. And Steve perhaps doesn't handle it great at first? But then gets on board.

The red book with its trigger words were kept in a single copy in a secure location, offered only to trusted personnel. Obviously Red HYDRA wouldn't want just anybody who could operate the cryochamber to be able to deploy the Winter Soldier.

Suppose that this was also because once the words were spoken and the Asset recognized a handler and received a mission, they couldn't be over-ruled except by hitting the Asset very hard in the head.

Steve & Co. (or for extra trust issues, Tony & Co.) for some reason have to thaw Bucky out and take him on a mission or flee. The enemy has Bucky's code words and a bullhorn.

The only way to keep Bucky out of enemy hands is to say the code words and give him a mission before the enemy does.

Winter Soldier, prized pet

You know that set photo with Stan on the bridge, people around him fixing his hair? It made me want this:

The Winter Soldier isn't really people, but he's not exactly an item, either. And he's just so good at what he does, his handlers are proud of him! Dotes on him a bit, like he's a pet that has done something well.

It's not sexual or deliberate pet play and Bucky doesn't think of himself as an animal (as the Winter Soldier, he doesn't really think of himself as anything much at all), Hydra is just weird about their perfect assassin. He's so strong! So fast! So effective! They can't help but treating him with a certain amount of twisted fondness.

This probably gets difficult to explain to people once he's free and still really, really enjoys having his hair petted after missions.

The Hydra scientists have a tentacle monster that they've been studying, and a Winter Soldier with a remarkable resilience to pain and injury. So, in order to figure out how the tentacle monster might react to humans, they stick the Winter Soldier in the tank, tell him to be good for the monster, and then stand around taking notes as it violently rapes him (and of course, stand around ready to fish him out and subdue the creature if anything really starts going wrong).

Bonuses for the creature making the Soldier come multiple times. The only thing I'd prefer to avoid is oviposition. Pregnancy stuff in general isn't my thing, including egg!preg with monsters. I'm also not real big on the whole belly inflation from massive tentacles/monster lube/come, either, but if a bit sneaks in it's less of an immediate noping out.

Ok, so this prompt is kind of hard to describe...but I'm looking for a Steve/Bucky dynamic where Bucky did end up back with Steve after WS or Civil War. And maybe in the beginning Steve did retire for 6 months, or a year to intensively care of Bucky and things DID get a bit better, but Bucky is basically still a low-key depressed, anxious PTSD'ed rape survivor who isn't all that functional in the real world.

And Steve...Steve sort of went back to hero stuff and helping people, cause he couldn't stand up being cooped up inside forever.

They still love each other, sort of have awkward and difficult sex and affection, but there's also unspoken resentment on both ends...with Steve that this is dragging him down, with Bucky that Steve sort of "abandoned" him.

I'm not looking for a "bad" Steve here, just one that is deeply human and can't deal with this shit 24/7.

Empty moment maybe...where Bucky is home alone and feeling useless...or where Steve is on mission but feel guilty about Bucky. And then maybe the do have tiny moments of happiness, but it's bittersweet, and the magic is always broken too soon.

I'm open to a lot of things, but mostly I'm looking for a dysfunctional-but-loving relationship where Bucky is not OK (and might never be, in a sort of realistic mentally-ill-person-way) and Steve is technically still an optimist, but not a shrink and way out of his league.

Steve first gets Bucky back and spends a long time rehabilitating him from all the trauma he survived as the winter soldier and the two enter into a relationship and it seems like everything is going to be fine.

Until he gets kidnapped by HYDRA and sustains a serious head injury.

Bucky rescues him and thinks that everything will be fine because the serum but Steve just. doesn't. get better. (whatever you think this injury entails. like if it messes up his motor function or perhaps sends him back to a childish state.)

Bucky realizes he has to basically take care of Steve all the time from then on and that he didn't even get to keep the perfect little world he'd built post-HYDRA.

But also like a lot of struggle around consent and sex because Bucky is no longer sure that Steve can consent to those things but Steve sure as hell wants those things (and maybe he doesn't even know what's appropriate anymore? like trying to go down on Bucky when they have company over or loudly oversharing their bedroom habits when they're visiting a friend?) So Bucky, at first, turns down all of Steve's advances or attempts to keep their relationship what he remembered it being prior to the injury but Steve becomes /very upset/ when Bucky doesn't respond to him romantically or sexually the way he wants and it eventually just sort of makes Bucky cave? So then Bucky has to live with the guilt of never being completely sure he's not taking advantage of Steve.

+Bucky dealing with feeling overwhelmed and inadequate to be Steve's primary caregiver but he doesn't trust anyone else to look after Steve and Steve doesn't trust anyone else / kicks up a fit when left with someone else so it has to Bucky.

Bucky did the dirty work that Captain America couldn't be implicated in. The records of his missions for the SSR in World War II were sealed until the early 2000s, when the CIA and SHIELD finally declassified them under the Freedom of Information Act. Some of his missions were pretty, uh, pretty unpleasant.

Nobody imagined that Steve Rogers might come back from the dead and read what Bucky had been doing behind his back so he wouldn't have to.

Nobody imagined that Bucky Barnes might come back from the dead and have to deal with disgusted peaceniks and Redditors hounding him on social media for justification on 70 year old wetwork missions. Bucky really does not need this.

Wanda doesn't remember what happened. Bucky does, and he's torn about whether to say anything or pretend it never happened.

Barriers to Healthcare Access

During the year or so Bucky spends running after he breaks free from HYDRA, he decides he needs to get tested for STDs.

Easier said than done.

Aside from the potentially triggering procedures of having his blood drawn and letting a gloved medical technician handle his genitals, he also has to avoid cameras and ensure that the medical clinic is not a front for HYDRA and that his biological samples won't be screened and flagged for super-soldier serum, betraying his location.

All the while he questions himself whether the information is even worth having. He can't imagine inviting anyone to touch his dirty body and his bloody soul.
