Dumpster #3: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch

Holy shitballs, look at us go. Welcome to Captain America fandom's resident wretched hive of scum and villainy: ROUND THREE. AKA Bad Guys Do Dirtybadwrong Things To Your Faves, AKA the Hydra Trash Party kinkmeme. As usual, BLANKET NON-CON AND NSFW WARNINGS apply: just assume going in that everything in this landfill is unfit for human consumption.

Rules in brief: don't be a jerk except to fictional characters, warnings for particularly fucked-up garbage are nice but not required, thou shalt not judge the trashiness of thy neighbor's kinks unless thy neighbor is trying to pass off their rotting banana peels and half-eaten pizza crusts as a healthy romantic dinner for two, off-topic comments may be chucked out of the dumpster at management's discretion, management's discretion decrees that omegaverse, soulbond AUs, D/s-verse, non-superpowered AUs, and dark!good guys AUs are off-topic.

Round 3 is closed; comments and fills in existing threads are still welcome, but all new prompts go to Round 4.

Bucky becomes obsessed about (in potentially dysfunctional ways)

(Anonymous) 2015-09-19 05:47 pm (UTC)(link)
Ok, so hear me out. I've read a lot of fics where Bucky's not even aware his consent should be required..but what if the opposite is true?

Once Bucky starts recovering, he becomes acutely aware of the concept of consent, realizes he did not give it, and that what was done to him was fucked up.

However, to him the fact it wasn't voluntary still does not erase what he did.

He gets it in his head that people need to know exactly what he is, to decide (and give consent) if they even want to be around him.

This becomes even more complex once there is romantic involvement (I have a strong preference for Steve, but I can get into Natasha if you like m/f and loosely base it on their comics dynamic). Basically, Bucky becomes convinced that his lover needs to know every gory, sleazy and terrible detail of the things he did, both the murders and servicing hydra sexually, before they can really give informed consent hat they want to have sex with him.

Cue the person n love with Bucky having to listen to hours of heart-wrenching, terrible stories of abuse before he even lets them touch him.

He will meticulously ask consent even for little things - "can I touch your hand". "Is it okay if I sit next to you in the car?" "Are you okay with having dinner with me in the room?". It becomes somewhat heartbreaking and obviously clear that this obsession with consent comes from Bucky not being okay with himself at all. And him feeling people can't possibly want to be around him.

Rationally, he understands it was not his fault. Emotionally, he can't understand why anyone would even want to look at him, let alone touch him.

Obsessed about consent, it should have said!

Super healing (Object insertion, tw body horror)

(Anonymous) 2015-09-19 06:05 pm (UTC)(link)
So imagine the Winter Soldier's super healing makes his hole close up again really fast after Hydra stretched it out with gangbangs and whatnot. Because of reasons, they find it amusing to stuff huge things inside when he's still open, and then once he's closed up, send him back to his cell with [whatever] still inside him and a bottle of lube. So he can either spend the night knowing there's something huge (and potentially heavy/painful) inside, or he can finger himself open until he can pry it out.

+++ a two way mirror and Bucky knowing they're watching
++++++ he gets a shameboner from touching himself
++++++++++ when he's done they come in for a round of sloppy hole fucking

Steve is bad at handling his secondary trauma

(Anonymous) 2015-09-19 06:11 pm (UTC)(link)
Sort of inspired by the consent prompt above, what if Steve's way of handling knowing about Bucky's trauma was unhelpful and damaging. Not in a dark!Steve way, but in the sense that he's never had to encounter the depths of trash Bucky had to endure, and now that they're starting to rebuild a relationship and it's important to Bucky to be able to tell Steve what he can and can't handle in bed/a relationship, Steve's emotional reaction (whether anger or sadness, I'm open to both) starts shutting down Bucky's ability to handle telling Steve things, because it increases the stress of talking about the trash exponentially. So they get into a situation where Bucky feels like he has to walk on eggshells in telling Steve what he needs in their relationship, and Steve is trying badly to cope and be supportive at the same time, and they're both just generally miserable.

+ for Bucky finally snapping at Steve that Bucky's trash isn't about him and the Steve is being a selfish asshole rather than Sam or Nat having A Talk with Steve. Whether Bucky snapping helps or not up to author anon, I'd just like to see a Bucky who want to make things work with Steve but isn't totally self-sacrificing.

Bucky forced to rape another prisoner

(Anonymous) 2015-09-19 11:47 pm (UTC)(link)
During the process of turning Bucky into the Winter Soldier (up to author exactly how far gone he is, I'd just like there to be at least a little of Bucky still present) HYDRA/the Russians/whoever forces Bucky to rape another prisoner. I don't care what exactly they're threatening him with to get him to do this, and I don't care if the other prisoner is male or female, I just want to see a horrified Bucky being forced to rape someone who is actively fighting back.

mpreg, graphic birth, body horror, DEAD DOVE DO NOT EAT

(Anonymous) 2015-09-20 01:51 am (UTC)(link)
There's been girl!Bucky prompts and gaslighting prompts circling around this, but I am going to screw my courage to the sticking place and hope I am not the only nonnie interested in this particular horror show: HYDRA impregnates the WS (or Steve, see below) and forces him to give birth (from the ass or convenient new hole around his perineum) in a brutal and graphic fashion. Doesn't matter how, doesn't matter why, although I can imagine some handwavy stuff about wanting to try out growing new supersoldiers from scratch and needing a body that can withstand with whole traumatic process:

- maybe the pregnancy is accelerated to a few days (less than a day?) and of course Bucky has no idea what's going on, only that he's told he's on a mission but they haven't let him out of his cell yet. He's worried he's going to miss the target but pretty soon he gets distracted by the weird sensations inside of him and his abdomen starts "malfunctioning."

- "you are to be the new bitch of HYDRA"

- along with the scientists and techs his STRIKE team is there to watch the show, simultaneously fascinated and disgusted and horrified. Murphy (if it is acceptable to drag him into this pit) gets super excited by the "miracle of life, you guys!" and wants everyone to feel the soldier's belly, while Bucky is shaking and sweating in a pool of his own blood and amniotic fluid

- Bucky is still under instructions to report what's wrong with him and so he's describing the whole labor process without really understanding what's happening to him - "Sir, there's something moving inside me" "Sir, there's a lot of - pressure, sir, SIR!" "It's coming out, it's coming out now, sir, I can feel it pushing on me"

- the offspring (doesn't have to be an actual human baby, in fact I would feel less gross if it was some kind of soulless clone-type thing) doesn't survive the birth and Bucky is beaten for his failure immediately post-

+ 4 billion and all my kingdom of earthworms and dust for skinny!Steve somehow being in possession of HYDRA, as Bucky's companion/pet/pacifier, and they do all this to him instead (with his poor narrow hips) and make Bucky watch. Maybe the offspring survives this time and is immediately whisked away to some training vat, but STRIKE, for a lark, had told the Soldier he was going to get to have a family, so Bucky is left to clutch Steve's shuddering, bloodsoaked body and sob for "their" lost "child." Steve had been under no illusions about the whole process and is just reeling from the fact that he actually survived.

I could talk about this all night, jsyk

Re: mpreg, graphic birth, body horror, DEAD DOVE DO NOT EAT

(Anonymous) 2015-09-20 01:55 am (UTC)(link)
But what about Bucky going from sobbing and clinging to Steve in grief for their lost child to insisting "we have to try again, they'll let us keep the next one" and fucking him while he's still covered in blood from giving birth, whispering lovingly horrific promises about knocking him up again?

AU, divergence from CATWS, Hydra wins later, don't care. What I'd like is trash with an extra helping of despair, with the barbershop quartet trying to survive/cope with each other's trash aftermath in an impossible situation. Either Steve/Bucky/Sam/Nat are still in Hydra custody and being used against each other, or on the run after reaching each other from institutionalized trash.
+for Bucky and or Steve only being partially recovered from mind wiping

Hydra/Steve goes viral

(Anonymous) 2015-09-20 05:46 am (UTC)(link)
Pictures of Steve Rogers being raped and abused in Hydra custody surface on the internet. What happens?

How many famous men are even publicly known to have been raped? Let alone as adults, let alone a national icon of heroic masculinity. Multiply that by the existence of explicit photographs and the controversy over their viral spread. If you really want to drop a 50-megaton nuke on the media, the pics are from a hushed-up incident during Hydra's Cap 2 takeover and the men abusing him are in SHIELD uniforms.

And then there's Steve's reaction, the Avengers' reactions when they find out, the effect on the missions he's leading when every single ally/opponent/random bystander knows...

Re: Hydra/Steve goes viral

(Anonymous) 2015-09-20 08:07 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, dude. DUDE. How does Steve view the viral spread of the photos? On the one hand he's a really private person and the original violation was bad enough, and now he has to deal with being violated a hundred million times over again. I mean, every complete stranger who recognizes him in the street is probably looking at him and seeing the pictures of him naked with blood and come smeared on the backs of his thighs. BUT... it's also a torture scandal. A high-profile one with gut-wrenching iconic images attached, and Steve is conscious of the power of images to expose atrocities to the public. And since the vein of authoritarian security-hysteria that let Hydra flourish within SHIELD came from somewhere, the post-CA:TWS fallout in the MCU probably gave birth to all sorts of crackpot Hydra-was-right grassroots movements and general apologism...

So imagine: a miserable Steve avoiding paparazzi, forcing himself not to look at the internet or at the supermarket-checkout magazine racks, refusing all invitations to come debate his basic human dignity on talk shows or answer sob-story questions about his masculinity for magazine exposés. Trying to go about his Avengers business and stay clear of the media frenzy, which is some awful mashup of gossipy rape scandal, celebrity sex-tape leak, and partisan football about who the real disgrace to America is/whose opponents are bad people who need to be cracked down on because they hate freedom.

Then finally he decides he's had enough and gives a blistering two-minute public statement about nu!Hydra and their tactics. Because he can (miserably) put up with being exposed, scrutinized, derided, and made into the punchline of everyone's rape jokes--but by God, he isn't going to take it lying down from people who'll roll right over for fascist crackdowns on the off-chance that some bad guy, somewhere out there, might conceivably want to do something bad to them. If he has to be in the spotlight as a public figure, he might as well make the most of it by daring these bastards to tell him to his face that innocent patriotic Americans have nothing to fear.

What's that? You in the back? No, it's still none of People magazine's goddamn business whether or not he's in therapy.

Promiscuous Bucky/OCs

(Anonymous) 2015-09-20 10:57 am (UTC)(link)
Post-TWS, Bucky seems to have mostly recovered from his time at HYDRA. He eats well, he doesn't have panic attacks, he goes on missions helping Steve and the others out, and mostly seems to be his old self. However, he's internalized HYDRA's mistreatment of him and been conditioned into craving getting fucked. So he goes out and seeks random men (maybe women too) for sex. Grindr-style fuckfests, one-night stands, voluntary prostitution, so on. Maybe he even tries to start a proper relationship with some of them, but it never works out because his partners treat him like garbage. Basically he shows general promiscuity that contrasts with what he used to be like before HYDRA got ahold of him.

Steve and the others don't know about Bucky's trash past, and at first they think it's a sign of recovery and he's reestablishing his sex life or dating life. But eventually Steve finds it kind of strange how he keeps waking up next to a different guy every night when he remembered him having a really different attitude towards sex when they were growing up.

Sam/Rumlow fight trash

(Anonymous) 2015-09-21 01:38 am (UTC)(link)
So we've got Steve losing the elevator fight and getting raped by Strike--why not Sam losing the fight with Rumlow and barely making it out of the building for all together different reasons? They fight like in the movie, but Rumlow fights dirty and he knows Sam's alone in the building and takes advantage. Stun batons, violence, found object rape, author's choice how it actually goes.

+ Sam gets away after, but how does he deal with it? He barely knows Steve, Nat and Fury, so who does he go to for support, if anyone?

++ Steve and Rumlow had a trash fuckbuddies thing going on before everything went to shit, so Steve knows as soon as Sam says he had a run in with Rumlow that something trash happened, but Steve doesn't know what to do about it or how to be supportive

Re: Sam/Rumlow fight trash

(Anonymous) 2015-09-22 12:24 am (UTC)(link)
Please yes, especially for that last bonus, especially for Sam not knowing how much he was fessing up to when he said he ran into Rumlow. So he's exposed himself more than he was ready for and doesn't even know it until Steve gets it together enough to tell him. Which makes it even harder for Steve to tell him.

Bucky and the vintage porn

(Anonymous) 2015-09-21 03:00 am (UTC)(link)
So pre-army, Bucky made some extra money doing some *ahem* modeling (read: gay porn)(preferably kink/bdsm porn). He successfully kept it a secret from everyone, including Steve. Decades later, somebody is looking through some old photos stashed somewhere, finds them, and realizes who it is. They make their way onto the internet and become one of the those things that pretty much everybody knows about, like it's always on "Top 10 Things They Left out in School" kind of lists (or whatever, you know what I'm talking about). Maybe Steve finds out about the pictures before he finds out Bucky is still alive and is shocked but then ends up with some serious guilt boners.

Post-TWS, Bucky has a lot of complicated feelings about the abuse/trash he suffered under Hydra. He remembers being pretty into it at the time, so it couldn't have been rape, right? And he ends up discovering these pictures, which just make things that much more confusing for him (OP's preference is that while porn wasn't Bucky's first choice for work, it's all fully consensual). And when photos and/or videos of trash parties get leaked online, it really doesn't help his already not-so-great public image that the things he's doing with Hydra look an awful lot like the things he was doing before. (also now Steve feels super-duper extra upset about getting off to those pictures, knowing what Bucky has been through with Hydra).

tl;dr Bucky made gay bdsm porn before the war, and it complicates his post-hydra recovery (featuring Steve's shame boners)

Things that go bump in the dumpster (aka we need more tentacles)

(Anonymous) 2015-09-21 06:59 am (UTC)(link)
Hydra's logo is literally a bunch of tentacles, why wouldn't they have a many-tendriled companion.

This could mean anything really, and I won't object to anything at all around a tentacle premise.

One idea that's been bouncing around in my head is where the monster (let's say Squiddy) is used in the breaking process for the Winter Soldier. For example maybe he's beaten and fucked for hours or days nonstop until he can't even keep himself conscious anymore as torture and/or punishment until he'll do anything to not have to be stuck with Squiddy again.

Or conversely maybe Squiddy has super slime that acts as a drug and leaves the Soldier loose and compliant and happy. It's some sort of paradoxical reward/punishment that leaves him so much easier to manage when he acts up. Hell, maybe it's addictive.

Maybe post-recovery, Steve gets captured and introduced to Squiddy.

Maybe it's a rite of passage for new hydra recruits.

I just need me some hot tentacle rape.

Bonus points if it's a literal hydra and if you tear or bite off a tentacle, two more literally grow back to take it's place.

Re: Things that go bump in the dumpster (aka we need more tentacles)

(Anonymous) 2015-09-21 05:21 pm (UTC)(link)
Seconded so hard!! This is Hydra, where is all the tentacle trash?

I'm a fan of the first two options personally, because Squiddy being used to keep the WS in line is just too good

Winter Soldier hallucinates skinny!Steve when he gets raped

(Anonymous) 2015-09-21 06:50 pm (UTC)(link)
HYDRA agents aren't supposed to fuck the Winter Soldier, because it messes with his programming. He becomes erratic and talks to the air, which isn't good for their best weapon. What's actually happening is that whenever he gets raped, the Soldier hallucinates skinnny!Steve. He doesn't remember Steve's name, or why this strange presence is so important to him, just that he wants to see him.

This can go a number of different ways, from trashy comfort where hallucination!Steve brings the Soldier a measure of peace about what's happening, to trashy victim blaming where hallucination!Steve tells the Soldier that he's filthy and disgusting, and deserves what is happening to him (why he deserves it, he doesn't know, but this tiny blond seems very solid in his conviction). Or it can go all ways depending on the day.

++At one point the Soldier initiates sex so that he can see Steve.
+++How does this affect his recovery once he's found by Steve and the Avengers?

Re: Winter Soldier hallucinates skinny!Steve when he gets raped

(Anonymous) 2015-09-21 08:45 pm (UTC)(link)
Well I imagine Bucky's totally used to humiliation at this point, in fact he constantly expects it, so what if he finds the praise and reassurance he gets from hallucination!Steve so shockingly good it's addictive? He starts to crave being raped because then he gets to see that beautiful boy who strokes his hair and tells him he's going to be all right if he can just get through the pain.

But then, because the hallucination is coming out of Bucky's own fucked-up brain, it starts to say things that are not so much encouraging him to get through it, but to *enjoy* it. "You're taking it so well," "such a good slut for me," etc etc. So eventually Bucky gets really into the rape, not just because he gets to see "Steve" but because "Steve" is dirty talking in his ear. And this is the part he really remembers afterwards.

So after, when Bucky is starting to recover, he tells Steve about the rape (with emphasis on exactly how many guys, how large of toys, for what period of time, etc) and he expects Steve to praise him for how much he took and enjoyed. (Steve, obviously, does not)

trash aftercare

(Anonymous) 2015-09-22 01:21 am (UTC)(link)
There will never be enough horrible uncaring trash aftercare for me. How does Bucky get (not) taken care of after trash? Rumlow's brusque not quite as terrible terribleness a la The Pierce Ponyplay Fic? Thrown in a cell alone a la The Broken Leg Fic? Give me Bucky suffering through or being tragically, pathetically comforted by things that aren't actually that comforting. Or maybe aftermath trash of Bucky being more messed up over the aftercare, because the rape was clearly wrong, but he doesn't know how to process the tiny bit of comfort from the aftercare. I'd strongly prefer Rumlow, Rollins or the rest of the strike crew over Pierce aftercare, Pierce is Not My Jams.

Art prompt

(Anonymous) 2015-09-22 01:43 am (UTC)(link)
Steve Rogers lying on his side on a dungeon floor somewhere, still in the tattered remains of his uniform, one leg sprawled out a little in front of the other to reveal the obscene amounts of come leaking out his ass.

I'm thinking fucked to numb exhaustion in an hours-long brutal gang rape, then thrown to the floor of his cell and left there like a discarded kleenex after his captors have worn themselves out. It's only once he's lying there alone that the true extent of the horror and violation start to sink in. Or alternately, the first guy just finished and Steve is surrounded by an anonymous sea of combat boots, looking around and finally realizing how bad it's about to get.

Bonus if he's bruised/bleeding/attractively roughed up all over. Extra-nasty garbage prizes for a battered, defiled Cap!Steve lying half-unconscious on top of his shield, or chained up with it just out of reach.

(Let me be clear here, I would ABSOLUTELY not kick a written fill out of bed for eating moldy crackerjacks. But the visual was so compelling that it was screaming to be made into an art prompt.)

Rumlow trash; "Sluts don't need safewords"

(Anonymous) 2015-09-22 09:18 pm (UTC)(link)
So there's always the Steve as submissive, Brock as Dominant type prompt where Brock has horrible BDSM mentality etc.
But I was thinking I'd like to see Brock centered trash, as in Brock has been in so many horrible abusive relationships that being in a relationship with Steve is just... confusing. Because Steve is a nice, gentle Dom and what's all this about traffic light colors and safe words? Who the fuck needs a safe word? Like Brock is practically insulted by the idea of needing one.
And Steve's general wonderfulness just highlights how awful Brock's whole life has been. Maybe he had a relationship with Pierce or Rollins or someone else at some point and thought it was actually really nice but being with Steve makes him realize it was just another twisted part of his life.

Just Brock generally realizing how shitty his relationships have been and being depressed by the fact that Steve is the first person to actually treat him well. :)

Cheaters Never Prosper

(Anonymous) 2015-09-22 09:26 pm (UTC)(link)
Bucky never stops fighting, even when he's brought home. He tries to cling to small acts of defiance, any ones that he could find. It made him feel a little more like himself, and now that he is free he can't stop it.

(I'm doing a fill for this, but I would love to see other people's take on it as well!)

FILL: Cheaters Never Prosper (1/5+1)

(Anonymous) 2015-09-22 09:30 pm (UTC)(link)
(Inspired thanks to a conversation with Ros. 5+1 format, going backwards in time, so we're starting off with a happy ending)
Team dinners could take some getting used to. Clint and Natasha would be at one end of the table, talking to each other quietly, and that was simple enough. Bruce and Tony, when they deigned to show up, would be deep in discussion, and Thor would arrive, and that was when things started to get lively.

There were six people in the room other than Bucky. There were Natasha and Clint, still in the position he expected, and Bruce making dinner and then plating it up. Thor and Tony were arguing quietly, but judging by how happy they looked they weren't actually arguing - it was more a case of them having a loud discussion and raising their voice. Then beside Bucky, a barrier between him and the rest of the diners, was Steve. Steve was grinning, and Bucky closed his eyes, allowing the noise to just wash over him.

After a few moments he opened his eyes again, checking that all the people were where he expected. They were, although now one of Stark's bots was hovering in the doorway. Tony noticed and went to chase it away, and Bucky sat up smartly as Bruce approached, his hands resting on his knees, bracing himself so that he sat up straight.

"Hey." Bruce smiled, placing a plate of bacon and eggs in front of Steve. He moved in a wide circle around Bucky, putting the food down deliberately and in his line of site, then taking a few steps away. Bucky felt a slight twinge of guilt at how careful the team ended up being around him, but that was swamped by gratitude. He picked up his fork, noticing the food had already been cut up, just like Steve's was. He began to eat.

His gaze was drawn to a particularly fatty bit of bacon near the edge of Steve's plate. He knew he had enough food of his own, but that looked particularly nice, and he reached out with his fork, skewering it on the prongs and bringing it to his mouth. He closed his lips around it, pressing the fatty food to the roof of his mouth so that he could taste it as the panic started. He had stolen. He would be in trouble for stealing, stealing was bad, he wasn't meant to eat.

"Hey?" There was a hand on his shoulder and he flinched, looking up to see Steve looking down at him with a brilliant smile on his face. "You alright there Bucky?"

The bacon tasted strange in his mouth, but he nodded, chewing it as he did so, trying to project a sense of normality. Steve smiled and nodded, then moved a second bit of fatty bacon onto Bucky's plate.
"I know these were always your favourites."
"Thanks." Bucky mumbled, stabbing the second piece with his fork. Steve looked happy, and he didn't want to argue. If Steve was alright with it, then that meant he wasn't in trouble.

Relief flooded through him, warm and grounding, and he looked at the others around the room. It might have taken him a long time, but he had finally found a home, and now he was going to be able to relax.

In Hydra, everyone is both victim and perpetrator

(Anonymous) 2015-09-22 09:38 pm (UTC)(link)
So I love the idea - and I've seen this in a few fics but not many - that everyone in Hydra is somehow complicit as both victim and torturer. I also like the idea of people complicit in their own demise/imprisonment.
I was reading Good to Know by daphnomancy and there's a part where the author mentions Rollins having been the one to break Rumlow and bring him over. I'd just love to see like a younger Rumlow being tortured into breaking/ being brainwashed. Like Brock was initially this decent person, etc, maybe vulnerable after service in the military, etc. When Rollins met him and snatched him up.

Or you could have like, gang rapes are totally commonplace in Hydra, not just with WS as a victim but also as an accomplice. Whoever fucked up that week just ends up being the victim.

Bucky reacts inappropriately at someone else's trauma

(Anonymous) 2015-09-22 09:46 pm (UTC)(link)
Because he doesn't take his own horrible traumatic experience seriously.
It doesn't even just have to be about sex, but every way that he was hurt and used. Steve and the others at first just wince at his jokes, maybe accidentally laugh along because it's so dark but hey his jokes are kind of funny and if he wants to deal with it this way, it's his choice, right?

But then one day someone is talking about their experience and Bucky just snorts or laughs and cuts them off, launching into this whole shpiel like 'Oh yeah? Well this one time in Hydra...' and it's just like trauma show and tell time to him. He doesn't realize he's being hurtful, etc.

+Person who was telling about their trauma actually feels ashamed for complaining because 'well clearly he had it so much worse... who am I to even complain?'
+ What unfortunate soul has to have the talk with Bucky later about how some people have different ways of looking at their trauma? Is it something the therapist brings up? How do they explain to him that it's hurtful? Does Bucky roll his eyes like 'oh my god it's not that big of a deal' or does he feel bad?

Bucky/HYDRA, Breathplay with the Muzzle

(Anonymous) 2015-09-22 11:10 pm (UTC)(link)
Because Sebastian Stan has commented a few times on how hard it was to breathe with the muzzle on.

Maybe someone in HYDRA likes to choke the Winter Soldier, but is afraid to put his hands around the Soldier's throat. Eventually, he realizes that with a few temporary modifications, the muzzle can be converted into something that serves the same purpose.

Bucky actually wants to be raped, because it postpones him being put in the chair.

(Anonymous) 2015-09-23 12:48 pm (UTC)(link)
And of course "wanting" isn't quite the right word, but hey everything is messed up here.

So I was thinking what if they can't put Bucky on ice right after he's been fucked?

Maybe his vital signs are erratic or elevated from the sex, or they need to wait until he expels the cum so it won't be a mess if they thaw him out months or years later, or the sex is generally rough and he needs time to heal bruises. Or whatever reason author chooses.

Either way - it buys him a few hours (if it's been a particularly brutal fucking, maybe even a day).

Now, Bucky *hates* the sex. It hurts him and it makes him feel dirty and ashamed (even though he doesn't always remember why).

But cryo, and the accompanying forgetfulness is the one thing he dreads even more. So after a mission, he'll try to get fucked. He might do it by downright offering himself - or, with more sadistic handlers, he'll try to disobey so he'll provoke them into punitive rape.

After these rapes he's generally cleaned up, and granted a few hours in a warm-ish room on a soft-ish mattress while he's getting better for cryo again. These precious hours is why he does it, because he gets a few hours alone where he gets to think, maybe even remember (sometimes he remembers this blond guy called Steve that was nice to him, long ago), until they wipe him again.

I guess this would also work post-trash really, where Bucky tries to either seduce people, or provoking them into raping him, but they're just ll "wtf is happening". And Bucky keeps wondering why he's not being put into cryo if no-one's fucking him.

Winter Soldier wank

(Anonymous) 2015-09-24 01:53 am (UTC)(link)
Not the bad kind, the good kind.

So, every once in a while the asset is left alone, like after a wipe or coming out of cryo but before/after a mission, and it's his only time alone. So, you know, alone time happens, and Bucky jerks it. It's the only time he can control his own body and it feels good, so he does it whenever he gets the chance. What does he think about? Does Hydra know and laugh about it? Do they find out and punish him? Just give me literal Winter Soldier trash wank.

sound-docking, desperation/watersports, predicament

(Anonymous) 2015-09-24 04:05 am (UTC)(link)
I really don't have any background for this, any era goes, my only preference is that Bucky more or less knows who he is and Steve has the serum and all the corresponding body issues. The real point is that they're both captured by Hydra, and Hydra puts them into an itty-bitty cell together. It has just enough room from one side to the other to fit two supersoldiers kneeling up, facing each other, with less than a foot of space between them. Their arms are bound behind their backs, and from there, chained to the walls. Thing is, that much bondage isn't enough to keep them compliant. So there's a single catheter shared between them, direct from the bladder of one into the bladder of the other, and then their foreskins are stitched neatly together, so that they can't separate without causing extreme pain.

Basically, they have to trade off being comfortable in different ways. If, say, Bucky gets tired of kneeling up, he can sit back on his heels, but then Steve has to lean forward and keep his balance by tugging on the chains behind him. Then, because Steve's bladder is higher up, everything in it will flow into Bucky's, so Bucky might be comfortable sitting down, but the longer he sits the fuller his bladder gets and he simply can't go. When Bucky can't take the pressure anymore (or Steve's muscles are quivering with the strain of balancing at such an extreme angle), they can switch, but then Bucky's doing the muscle work and Steve's getting the uncomfortable fullness.

Keep smiling

(Anonymous) 2015-09-24 06:53 am (UTC)(link)
Bucky has to keep smiling as he is being raped and tortured, or he's going to get punished terribly. He can scream and cry and he's even allowed to beg for it to stop, but he's gotta keep smiling through whatever horrific thing he has to endure, or he's going to be very, very sorry.

not every survivor develops PTSD

(Anonymous) 2015-09-24 01:02 pm (UTC)(link)
Trauma is different for everyone, right? How can we exploit this for trash purposes?

Steve and Bucky are both captured by Hydra, who subjects them to terrible amounts of torture, degradation, abuse, and rape. Eventually they're rescued, but not before serious horrors have been heaped upon them both.

Then, in the aftermath, one of them (no preference who) develops severe PTSD, and the other just... doesn't. Not that that person isn't hurting, but the trauma doesn't manifest in a way that fits a PTSD diagnosis, and perhaps isn't as severe as the way the PTSD-sufferer is experiencing. So imagine Steve and Bucky, one of them sleepless from nightmares, tense with hypervigilance, loaded with triggers, beset by flashbacks, in agony, feeling so so weak in comparison to the other, who is experiencing a weird survivor's guilt despite also having been victimized, and is probably ignoring and dismissing his own trauma because it's not as bad.

Re: not every survivor develops PTSD

(Anonymous) 2015-09-25 05:39 pm (UTC)(link)
Ooo I really like this. What if it's Bucky who isn't all that traumatized by it? Sure, it was awful and he absolutely hated it, but he's so used to being raped by hydra that he's just learned how to push his feelings of disgust and revulsion out of the picture so that he can keep going. He's just Not Dealing With It. And maybe he will experience some PTSD later on when he actually does start to deal with it, or maybe he won't.

Meanwhile, Steve is suffering these horrible nightmares and he flinches away whenever someone touches him without warning, and he's really confused about why Bucky isn't reacting the way he is. He starts to think that maybe he's overreacting and it really wasn't as bad as he thinks it is, or that he's weak for feeling this way. And you know how stoic Steve is. That'd make him work extra hard to suppress everything and act like he's fine.

I wonder if Steve knows about Bucky's past rapes though? Maybe Bucky's hidden this from him and the other avengers so that he can keep on Not Dealing With It. Or maybe he told Steve about it all nonchalant like, in an attempt to make it seem like he isn't that fucked up by it. Or maybe Steve and everyone else found out by accident when like a video clip or something of him being raped was released on the internet. But whatever the case, Bucky's blasé attitude about it just makes him doubt himself even more and he shuts in on himself and just suffers the anxiety in silence until he bursts

weepiness, hurt feelings, inability to express emotion

(Anonymous) 2015-09-24 07:02 pm (UTC)(link)
As the Winter Soldier, Bucky's emotions were a source of vulnerability; if his handlers knew how he felt, it was easier to hurt him. I'd like to see this translating into post-Hydra aftermath where Bucky never, ever lets on when something is bothering him. That is, until the stimulus finally overwhelms him, the easy smile drops off his face, and he bursts into tears.

I'm picturing this reaction as being completely unpredictable from the perspective of Bucky's friends. Bucky seems fine until the exact moment he doesn't; you never know what's setting him off until it's too late. So this is difficult for Bucky, who feels like a crazy person who can't reign in his stupid emotions, and for Steve, who's gradually forced to accept he has to walk on eggshells around the person he should be most at ease with.

+++ for SUPER INSECURE Bucky, whose trauma minefield includes a mess of sensitive spots and fragile feelings

+ a lot of trash gets discovered this way, when Bucky starts crying during sex or when Steve is stroking his hair or kissing him. so Steve is constantly crashing into awareness of what happened during Bucky's rapes, but only once he's already upset Bucky to the point of tears. and it's really unsafe and unhealthy that Bucky won't stop him before that point

+ Steve is the one who catches the brunt of this, and it wounds his own self-confidence too. He's gently ribbing Bucky about something that happened, and Bucky's laughing and playing along, it's all cool, until Bucky starts crying, and that's when it comes out he feels so hurt Steve is making fun of him; all sorts of things that make Steve feel like the asshole

+ Bucky is a fidgety but silent crier, because what's sadder than that image? also it leaves open the possibility of Steve fucking Bucky from behind, only to discover once he finishes that Bucky has been crying for like ten minutes and the pillowcase is soaked
